STEP 3: Fill Out Waiver
Fill out our online waiver and health history questionnaire. You will receive a link to the online waiver via email. Please fill it out at least 12 hrs prior to the appointment.
STEP 4: Nurse Arrives
For your convenience, one of our certified nurses will come to you on time. Be ready to get your IV Infusion and feel great!
STEP 5: Drip Is Administered
After a nurse has discussed the procedure with you, the IV Infusion will be administered. The procedure should take between 30 – 60 minutes.
